The e-ROT Notification Service has nothing to do with generating reports. It is a standalone subscription that keeps your firm's Report on Title precedent up to date — whether or not you use the e-ROT Generator.
Each month, we send a curated set of new suggested paragraphs for you to consider adding to your main precedent or deploying as optional text on specific cases.
Each notification typically contains five new suggested paragraphs relevant to current practice. You decide what to adopt, what to adapt, and what to keep on file for particular cases.
